GitHub card in teams can sometimes appear in random chats

Describe the bug
In Teams, I just clicked on a colleague's name to open my 1:1 chat with them and suddenly this GitHub card appeared in the chat (both people could see it):

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
No idea really, I just opened a chat like usual.

Expected behavior
I don't expect a GitHub card to be inserted into random chats and cause confusion.
