[Feature Request]: define and/or export .picks_datanames

Feature description

Will function .picks_datanames be required in all module packages that use teal.picks? So far has been seen in two module packages:

• Teal modules general
• Teal Osprey

If is required, it would be better part of picks. We can decide if we export it or we keep internal and access using getFromNamespace

It might only be needed in teal.modules.general.

teal.osprey modules have dataname coupled with choices_selected arguments that explicitly define 1 or more datanames, so it's not needed to be inferred.

It has been demonstrated in different PRs that this feature is only necessary of teal.modules.general for the moment.
