Add link on how to setup Github PAT in README.

Thanks for suggesting that I try to install shiny first and I'll give it a go... but I was hoping that following the installation instructions I would have everything that I need (I used instructions at https://insightsengineering.github.io/teal.gallery/).
Although you mention that PAT is beyond the scope of Teal, since it's mentioned in the documentation I think it may help novice users like me if there was some kind of link to where I could read more.
Just so I'm clear, it's fantastic that the Teal community can make tools like this available for free and my hope is that tweaking the documentation can help (even) wider adoption

I tried a few more ways to run basic-teal but still having problems. Here's what I did:
I installed shiny (using install.packages("shiny"); which also installed the dependency sourcetools) then I proceeded to run restore_and_run("basic-teal") and I was also prompted to install renv. From the Console output (pasted below) it seems like renv worked but my RStudio session stopped working (namely, after the Done! message the Console didn't return to the usual > prompt and I was unable to do anything. I note that there's a message about Using R 4.5.0 (lockfile was generated with R 4.4.1) but I'm inexperienced with renv so I don't know if that's relevant.
