A new version of the API has been released: https://hubeau.eaufrance.fr/page/api-hydrometrie

15/10/2024 : v2 de l'API, qui appelle les services web SANDRE v2 de la PHyC du SCHAPI.

Update and test the new API

refactor: change API path building

Formerly all APIs has "/api" as base path but hydrometrie/v2 has "/" and endpoints has "api/v2/endpoint" paths

This change takes care of the base path which can be different from one API to another now.

Implementation is currently on standby waiting that the new API is stabilised cf. BRGM/hubeau#191
