Collecting common problematic areas related to interoperability 

Reading through the IOG discord channels there are several areas that might surprise projects when bridging to cardano:

1. minimum ADA on UTxOs
2. already minted tokens are not contracts (need to lock/unlock)
3. token metadata and decimals handling
4. conflicting transactions interacting with a single wallet
