Generation of tco3 and tclw HF OASIM inputs

Branch neccton of ogstm

• requires tco3 and tclw as high frequency inputs
• will be merged in bioptimod_merge for chain V12C

The problem is that tco3 and tclw are available at high freq in era5 simulation used in NECCTON (generation code) but are not available in ECMWF over the period 2022-2024 of transition. Precisely, they are available since 09/02/2023.

Then, the solution adopted by GP is:

• to maintain neccton features, i.e. high freq for tco3 and tclw in the ogstm code
• to keep them as climatological values, then to generate them by reading clim files

Next EIS we will implement actual HF for these vars.

Since DRES is not available, Rita Lecci kindly resent to me original ECMWF files for period 2022-2024.

But variable SP is available only since Nov 2022.
For period Jan - Oct 2022 I have them in /g100_work/OGS_devC/V9C/RUNS_SETUP/PREPROC/OPTICS/ORIG_ATM_CMCC
