This is a follow-up to #143. That issue entails the deprecation of the aforementioned options, as with instruments 5.1 and the revelation of the "pre-authorization" techniques described in travis-ci/travis-ci#1292, subliminal-test no longer requires the user's login password.

Those options were only deprecated in the 1.1 timeframe to give developers time to adopt pre-authorization, during which time subliminal-test will still authorize instruments using the login password if provided. A later release should reject the options and remove authorize_instruments.scpt.

This should be tackled at the very end of the 2.0 release cycle in case we need/want to roll another 1.x release.
