For getting the WAVS stuff out, there's 3 options:
- we finish it up for USDC Base->Neutron (~1 week); most of it becomes useless when we migrate away from Neutron for USDC, some parts can be repurposed for EVM->EVM bridging but it's unclear how much
- we redeploy the ATOM vault on the Hub and do it for ATOM on the Hub (~2 weeks); this one seems like the most future-proof (are gas limits enough on the Hub? do 6s blocktimes hurt us?)
- we repurpose for ATOM Cosmos Hub->Neutron (~2 weeks); this one seems like a bad option since half of it becomes useless when we migrate away from Neutron to the Hub with the ATOM vault
