Gem not released?

Hi and thank your for this awesome gem, it fixed my flaky Capybara specs for my Stimulus app once and for all.

That said, it seems the gem isn't actually released to rubygems.org? I had to instead install it with `gem "capybara-mutation-observer", github: "indiegogo/capybara-mutation-observer"`. Do you have any plans to do a release?
