Need to transform the '|' character in the link for the preview of the nodes allowed for a job

In a Freestyle job, I found an error when we setup the label restriction field

When the field contains special characters, those characters are not transformed to created a good html URL. It removes spaces but it is not transforming the special character '|' into '%7C' corresponding block.
All other special characters are not a problem.
