failed to connect to server

Can someone tell what I am doing wrong?

I run remotely server like so on ubuntu 22.04:

docker run -d --name remotely --restart unless-stopped -p 5000:5000 -v /ap/dkr/remotely:/remotely-data immybot/remotely:latest

I want to use it only within my local network.

The server web page is accessible.

I tried to connect to the server from a windows PC in the same local network using the client in the pic below:
