Improve landing page buttons #111
Description
On my system (macOS 10.14.6 Mojave), the symbol characters for the "buttons" on the homepage don't render correctly.

Also, I'd like to suggest to avoid 'all-caps' style in favor of 'small-caps', since IMAGEJ and SCIJAVA (in the Developer Resources tab) simply don't read well, in my opinion.

For the Forum button, can we use a monochrome version of the image.sc logo?
