Format only modified lines, instead of entire file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enable AnyEdit and edit any file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It removes white space from any line. It would be nice if it can clean up only 
edited lines so vcs blame doesn't change for lines that weren't touched.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
