What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install AnyEdit
2. Edit some file

What is the expected output?
Only the parts of the file I actually edited should be saved changed.

What do you see instead?
AnyEdit auto converted (removed trailing white space) the entire file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  AnyEditTools 2.4.11.201409071702
Eclipse 4.3.2
Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

I installed AnyEdit for the "Compare With / Clipboard" feature.
After that I saw unexpected white space changes in the files I edited.

I suggest making all auto-convert features to be off by default.
Or maybe even split the "Compare With" feature into a separate plugin.
