Add additional APIs needed by transport #7
Description
On the client (Agent) side, the document defines ProcessOTrPMessage in section 6.2. However, other APIs needed are missing:
- RequestTA
- RequestPolicyCheck
- ProcessError
And on the server (TAM) side, the following APIs are needed:
- ProcessConnect
- ProcessOTrPMessage
