predict image conatins many abnormal pixel block

Hi I train a model with 400 epoch as provided in the ISR_Traininig_Tutorial.ipynb, but after predict with my model I the high resolution image contains too many abnormal pixel blocks, like this

Wondering how this happens? Anyone can give a hint about this issue? Thanks a lot
