Workflow Automation: Implement workflow parameters schemas

• Model Tee currently has all info on workflow parameters filled out as a part of the sheet
• How can we handle this as a part of Workflow Automation?
  • Schema stored in workflow registry
  • Workflow Graph should encapsulate parameter knowledge
  • Activation function should contain parameters from the schema. This should call the correct reference files.

Expected Outcome

Define following schemas

• Alignment

• Sanger WXS

• Sanger WGS

• Mutect2

• Open access filtering

• Should be stored in workflow-registry
