New publishing tool for ASD

• Currently Luca send a list to Laura, she runs a script
• Create admin page with list of stocks that are due for release. Allow multiple selections to validate and then publish

We choose to implement a 'publish later' button (checks OK, will publish at 12h00 on Release date).

But this requires to have an 'approve' button, then automatically publish at right time.

This two steps are needed:

• Add an approve option to the Stocks
• Make a service running in the background and that check when approve stocks have reached their publish release data.
