Wouldn't it be nice to have an option on visibility.py to give the best time of the year to observe a target? Just input a single target and -b/--best.

This is what STARALT's starobs mode does, sort of. Right now, visibility.py implements the staralt mode. In my opinion it's probably best to write a new script for the visibility over the whole year. Either that or make a "mode" option but this might increase the complexity of the script a bit too much.

I don't mind a new script for this, but yes, it's exactly that mode I'm looking for.
