Current implementation includes all properties available on ECClass. However, some properties or classes might be marked as hidden in ECSchema. In this case they should not be used when building content descriptor.
API should be convenient for consumers that need to get 'default` content but it should also be extensible to allow overriding and show those hidden properties if needed.
