Message center not showing successful messages

Describe the bug

Our app posts a notification using OutputMessagePriority.Success. It displays the toast correctly, but once it 'minimizes' into the message center the message is no longer shown. I see a blank entry for it, but the message is not shown.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to see previous Success messages the same way I can see Warnings/Errors.

Any code snippet would be helpful. In the test-app,

Lines 75 to 82 in 604498e

seems to work correctly - the toast message is displayed in the message center.

Info works correctly. OutputMessagePriority.Success doesn't show
