Make an Installer

An Installer for Atom Plugin needs to be made after the other two issues are fixed.

We can publish the plugin as an apm as follows:
https://atom.io/packages/apm-publish

Our installer should apm install to automatically install the plugin. apm comes with Atom and operates the same as npm.
