Build for darwin-arm64

I'm trying to build this project on a M2 chip. I've tried running the dylib I build using the darwin-x64 platform; it builds fine but I cannot run it since I'm on arm64.

Can you provide a docker image to do this build or guide me through it?

You will have to create a Darwin.arm64 image here: https://github.com/i96751414/cross-compiler
Then I will be able to create the binary for this platform using the docker image.
I am not able to create such image as I have no way to test it.
