The https://github.com/i-VRESSE/haddock3-webapp/ integrates the workflow builder. Debugging how the workflow builder package and the remix/tailwind of the haddock3 webapp work together is hard due to the webapp having the builder installed from npmjs.

If we had an application in apps/haddock3-tailwind-remix/ then everything is in the same monorepo and should be easier to debug.
