Cancel Button Goes Beyond the Border of the Sidebar

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch assignment https://hypothesis.instructure.com/courses/582/assignments/9094.
2. Select text or an image and select annotate.
3. Notice the Cancel button. It goes beyond the sidebar.

Expected behaviour

The Cancel button should be displayed well within the border of the sidebar.

Actual behaviour

The Cancel button goes beyond the border of the sidebar.

Moved this to the client repo since it doesn't look particularly connected to the LMS. It will probably happen whenever the group name is sufficiently long.

I have proposed a possible fix for this in #7337, by truncating the "post" button content when there's not enough space for both buttons.
