bug: homepage FE hw:// links do not always redirect to proper place

The issue is mostly resolved by b86f64b (see discussion) except in the case of:

To Reproduce

1. Click app A in widget
2. App Store properly opens to that app's page
3. Click to go to App Store home
4. Click action button and go to home screen (leaving App Store open on the home page)
5. Click on app A in widget
6. App Store opens, but not to the app's page: instead just to the homepage

Note that clicking on app B in step 5 works properly.

Expected behavior
Open to app A in App Store.
