[Feature request] Port Laravel Scout to Hypervel

Hi guys. Would it be possible to add Scout to your roadmap? In particular, integration with Typesense and Meilisearch (the 2 modern open source options).

These search services are critical for efficient searching of large datasets. And for fuzzy search.

Because scout is not used in our products at this moment, so the priority for scout would be low on our roadmap.
But we welcome PRs from the community.
