Problems caused by import-keys

I found a problem. On Ubuntu, following aois-cli

1. If you run aois-cli hive login directly, it will create a new public and private key and can successfully log in
2. If you want to use your own key, put the key into a key.pem file. Use aios-cli hive import-keys key.pem, and then use aois-cli hive login to report an error
