Is it possible to import OpenFreeMap tiles into QGIS?

Please excuse if this is naive question as I'm only just getting into GIS.

Is it possible to import the OpenFreeMap tiles into QGIS?

I tried to add https://tiles.openfreemap.org/styles/liberty as a Vector Tiles style URL but received the error: Invalid Data Source: styleUrl=https://tiles.openfreemap.org/styles/liberty&type=xyz&url=&zmax=14&zmin=0&http-header:referer= is not a valid or recognized data source, error: ""

I'm quite sure, but I'm not familiar with the QGIS ecosystem. I recommend asking the QGIS community if there is an OpenMapTiles version of this plugin:
