The idea is to have modules for different sets of the scriptures that are under different licenses.
- The "Libre" module
- Fully free software (GPLv3), which will allow it to be in the repositories of a greater amount of GNU/Linux distros.
- Doesn't support bookmarks or annotations and is very incomplete.
- Basic theme support
The "Nephi" Module
Public domain, from scriptures.nephi.org
Uses HTML4, is ugly, has odd naming schemes, and doesn't support bookmarks or annotations.
- "LDS.org" Module
- Non-free, uses scriptures on LDS.org
- More predictable naming scheme, official scriptures, supports bookmarks and annotations.
- No theming, online, but will have a method to do a download at one point.
This will cause code breakage, and a large amount of refactoring.
