hs.getResourceFileList does not return info on empty folders #121
Description
hs.getResourceFileList does not return information on empty folders. This causes issues when you try to make a new folder with that same name because the user doesn't know that it doesn't exist. To reproduce, add an empty folder to a HydroShare resource.
resource_files = hs.getResourceFileList(resource_id)
