dub.json states "GPL" but is not specific about which version. For consistency with many other D packages out there, recommending either boost, or any academic license (MIT, Apache, BSD). If the choice for GPL is to be consistent with being in combination with other GPL code used in the project, then it makes sense, however, inclusion of a top level LICENSE file would help clarify.

I changed licence to Apache-2.0
