Create strategy document for Aware Prepare dogfooding campaign

The Aware Prepare campaign serves to promote this project, and extends to community building too, to attract more cooperators and boost forum and project activity.

The strategy document will first collect all kinds of activities to perform, like (as @patmatsu suggests here) involve CHT Facebook group, advertise on MeWe, etc.

I will try to organize the activities in a sort of timeline or planning and check whether a Strategy template can be derived from it and corresponding Issue type (will be part of separate issue then).
