The Current Status section is a key entry point for contributors. Replacing plain-text file references with clickable Markdown links would improve code visibility and make it easier to access important scripts and reports.

Example:

• train_bert_from_unified.py → pipeline/train_bert_from_unified.py

Thanks for checking out the README updates! While I was documenting the file structure, I noticed that run_pipeline.py is currently empty.

To make the project more accessible for new users (as I've highlighted in the README), I’d love to follow this up by implementing a Pipeline Orchestrator in that file. It would automate the flow from files through to the visualization scripts.

Should I include that in this PR, or would you prefer I open a new issue and PR specifically for the automation logic?

I noticed the same while documenting the file structure as run_pipeline.py is currently empty. I have an idea to implement a simple Pipeline Orchestrator there to automate the flow from input files through the visualization scripts, which could significantly improve the onboarding experience for new users.

That said, I want to keep this PR focused and easy to review. I’m happy to either:

• include the orchestrator in a separate PR, or
• first open a new issue to discuss the expected pipeline behavior and then implement it based on your feedback.

But i don't know whether the run_pipeline.py file was accidentally empty or they kept empty for some reason
Im not sure about that, so that's why i'm asked mentor about that, if it was an accident then we can solve this together
