Problem regarding conversion of safetensors to config.json

I modified the unit of stable diffusion, and then the parameter size I got was 789M. However, when I converted the model into safe sensors and called it using the diffusers library, it showed that the total parameter was 859M. Is there any efficient way to convert the unet into config.json?
