Check to make sure that this URI remains consistent (sra/{{ experiment_id }})
We can store this experiment id in our database.
If the URL pattern is going to change then we need to store the URL rather than the experiment id.

@jpuerto-psc what is an experiment id? You mean the dbgap study id?
