Test the Ontology itself using TBox / ABox testing. @jpsluka can assist in setting this up. I'm not sure what commands/tools are available to automatically run and test this, but it should also be a part of the continuous integration build.

  1. Load the ontology into Protege (version 4 or 5) and run the Pellet reasoner to see that it validates as OWL. I did this with a version pulled 6 May 2019 and the ontology validates.
  2. Create a set of individuals/instances of selected classes and check that they validate as well.
