Compilation on mac

After cloning the repo and installing the packages with homebrew I get this error

this is using zsh on M1 monterey

Could you link this file: Users/ralphgreer-walker/Desktop/Code/FSG/build/libnether_gen_rs/src/nether_gen_rs-stamp/nether_gen_rs-build-*.log and also check that your rust compiler is accessible in that shell with rustc --version

nether_gen_rs-build-out.log is empty

I'm not sure if I'm pointing out the obvious here but it's not generating build/libnether_gen_rs/src/nether_gen_rs/target/release//libminecraft_nether_gen_rs.so which is strange because I expected C to link incorrectly because I've had issues with that in the past and usually rust is fine

Ohh right, it's a dylib on mac xd
Btw you can remove those dynamic libraries as we don't use them

I swapped the make_static.sh for the one there, commented out the 3 lines and then I got this error https://www.toptal.com/developers/hastebin/raw/nowulebabo
So I commented out lines 40 & 44 in CMakeLists.txt and I got this

I messed around with it a bit more until I got this

which is strange because it's going through all the code and compiling it incorrectly
this is when I comment out the last line of nether_gen_rs.cmake and lines 39-41 of CMakeLists.txt
