Warnings regarding annotation used in 2.0-rc.3

I am using v2.0-rc.3 and when starting an application I get a load of warnings regarding annotation used in the github-api library.
Is there some optimization config issue?

It looks like there are annotations that are marked as optional dependencies, edu.umd.cs.findbugs.annotations.SuppressFBWarnings that are not loaded...

Would it be an option to provide spotbugs-annotations as runtime dependency instead of provided ? Currently , you have to add the dependency yourself in each project as this load of warnings is certainly not desired. Or what other options do you know?
