webcamd seems unaware of dvb devices created by other software and will blissfully overwrite
those created by other packages. Example cx88d creates devices 0-4, webcamd (Hauppauge dual-hd usb) then creates same devices in /dev/dvb.

Not sure of the impact other than non functioning devices, but it seems like this could be bad for any hardware that supports firmware updates.

A temporary workaround might be to pass the "-v" option for webcamd.

-v <video device number>
