Suggestion: make every activated cheats always pinned on top and add search bar

What should happen

Cheat.db is very convenient and i'm thankful for someone who came up with it. But nowadays there are too much cheats in there and scrolling to find what you're looking for often than not, is very tedious. And then we have to scroll down endlessly again if we want to deactivate/reactivate cheats.

If PPSSPP make it so every activated cheats always pinned on top(or add its own specific tab for every activated cheats) and add search bar to look for specific cheats, this would be very helpful.
