@sloede build-docs currently failing with

WARNING: Imported binding openfhe_julia_jll.libopenfhe_julia was undeclared at import time during import to OpenFHE.
ERROR: LoadError: UndefVarError: `libopenfhe_julia` not defined in `OpenFHE`
Suggestion: this global was defined as `openfhe_julia_jll.libopenfhe_julia` but not assigned a value.

This seems unrelated to my change, as build-docs in #114 is failing for the same reason. Do you have an idea what might cause this?

No idea, sorry. It seems like an error in OpenFHE - is it reproducible locally?

The issue stems from julia 1.13 being used now as it was recently released. Documented in hpsc-lab/OpenFHE.jl#137 and fixed with #116
