DPL (Dynamic Power LImit) Probleme mit Regelung eines HMS-1600-4T

Hallo,

ich habe eine DTU (https://www.dtushop.de/products/opendtu-open-dtu-fur-hoymiles-hms-300-2000-und-hmt-1800-2250-mit-gehause) und einen neuen HMS-1600-4T und wenn ich versuche DPL zu aktivieren, regelt der Wechselrichter zwar auf den aktuellen stromverbrauch (gemessen wird mittels IR lesekopf https://www.mitterbaur.at/amis-leser.html ), aber wenn dann der verbrauch steigt, bleibt das einmal gesetzte limit gesetzt. Beispiel: Ich sitze am PC, aktueller Gesamtverbrauch ist bei ca. 170w. Aktiviere ich jetzt das dynamische power limit, geht der WR auf ca. 11% so weit, so gut. Aktiviere ich jetzt Furmark, steigt der Verbrauch um 100W - das Limit am WR wird aber nicht hochgesetzt. Woran kann das liegen?

Ich bin bei der DTU auf der letzten aktuellen Firmware. Danke im Vorauas für jede Hilfe!

ich denke du must hier noch mehr an Informationen liefern ansonsten kann man dir schlecht helfen.
Kannst du deine DPL Einstellungen posten und ein Logging?

Die 4 Eingänge vom HMS-1600-4T hast du alle angeschlossen und auf gleiche Leitungslängen geachtet?

if i understand/translated good, something like this? DPL works for some time, and then is ,in my case, always 200w limit.
2024.10.22 version worked fine.

Ich habe genau die gleiche Erfahrung zurzeit.
HMS-800 der allerdings von einer Batterie gespeist wird.
Bei allen vorherigen Versionen hat der DPL schnell und perfekt funktioniert.
Die aktuelle Version [2024.11.20] regelt sich beim aktivieren auf den aktuellen Verbrauch ein und regelt dann nicht mehr nach.
Egal ob der Verbrauch steigt oder sinkt.

Und da war gestern Nacht der HMS 800 mit Batterie betrieben.
Hat nicht geregelt. Ist auf der ersten Einstellung von 8,3% geblieben. Egal was da Haus verbraucht hat.

Ich meine, dass mein HMS-2000 bei bspw 250W Limit auch nur 230W liefert. Er schafft die 250W einfach nicht sauber. Egal wie viel Sonne scheint. also, als Beispiel. Die genauen Zahlen müsste icu suchen, hab das mal irgendwo tabellarisch erfasst. Aber bei Limits < 15% waren es glaube, gibt es Probleme.

Dein Wechselrichtichter wird langsam auf bis zu 100% (1800W) hoch geregelt, liefert aber nur maximal 379W.

Das heißt das ungenuzte Eingänge ausgeglichen werden. Hast du alle vier Eingänge angeschlossen?

Ich würde sagen das in der DTU kein Problem vorliegt.

Ich denke dein Verbrauch war vor dem Log hoch genug um das Limit auf 1800 W zu erhöhen. Da der WR nicht mehr als gefordert liefert lassen wir das Limit einfach so wie es ist, stört nicht und spart uns unnötig die Limits anzupassen. Diese Änderung kam in 2024.11.20.

Danke für die mega schnelle Reaktion @AndreasBoehm - zur Frage, wo ist das Problem: offen gesagt habe ich DPL quasi erst neu aktiviert und keine Erfahrung mit der Funktionsweise. Meine Vermutung war, dass DPL immer regelt, unabhängig davon, wieviel Solarleistung grad erzeugt wird (in meinem Fall Verbrauch >1500 Watt führt zu Anpassung der WR-Leistung auf Max (in meinem Fall 1500). Deiner Antwort entnehme ich aber, dass DPL nur regelt, falls die PV-Leistung höher als der aktuell abgerufene Stromverbrauch ist. Damit wäre ich natürlich völlig fein und warte dann mal die sonnenreicheren Tage ab.

Teste trotzdem gleich mal das aktuelle Build und poste das Log.

Ich kann in den Logs kein Problem feststellen.

Limit steht auf 1302 W, der Wechselrichter liefert zwischen 28 und 30 W. Das Limit wird nicht angepasst wenn sich dein Netzbezug verändert, aber warum sollten wir das auch tun wenn der Wechselrichter eh nichts liefert?

Wo genau siehst du denn aktuell ein Problem?

Muss nicht regeln, das ist richtig, hat es aber bis August Version bei mir immer gemacht. Hatte in den ChangLogs beim drüberfliegen auch nichts gefunden das es hier eine Änderung gab...

Diese Änderung kam in 2024.11.20. Durch den Support von mehreren Wechselrichtern im DPL gab es einige Änderungen, unter anderem sparen wir uns das anpassen des Limits wenn es nicht notwendig ist.

Wie wäre es wenn du die akkus parallel zusammen schaltest und alle mppts mit gleich langen kabel verbindest? Dann könntes du es auch im normalen akku betrieb laufen lassen wofür odtuOB auch gedacht ist.

Mir erschliesst sich nicht wieso man 2 batterien an seperaten mppts anschliessen will? Da laufen sie doch zwangsläufig auseinander und die reglung macht probleme.

Ich dachte es handelt sich um handelsübliche packs aber das scheinen ja plug and play batterien mit integriertem mppt zu sein.

Da dürfte es tatsächlich schwierig werden die reglung jemals einwandfrei zum laufen zu bekommen.

Normale Akkus kannst du parallel auf eine sammelschiene klatschen und hast dann automatisch immer den gleichen soc.

Zu. 1. Der wr nimmt aich nur soviel wie er braucht.

Zu 2. Keine Ahnung in wiefern deine packs eine interne reglung verbaut haben, die dies beschränken könnte.

Das Problem sind die Akkus. Die DTU und der WR können nichts dafür wenn die Akkus zu wenig Leistung liefern.

Ich hab ein paar Logzeilen aus deinem Log oben genommen um das zu erklären.

Stromzähler meldet 77 W Verbrauch.

danke fürs checken! ich denke die akkus sind teilweise ein bisschen träge was kleine lasten betrifft. wenn ich jetzt zb. den herd anmache und der WR verlangt 100% - machen die akkus alle brav "volles rohr" auf. da ist die leistung sofort da.
