Add chat only option / Or option to disable the stream video file and webcam video receiving

This would be helpful in my case that I will use my laptop to stream a movie to 1 person, but I will use the same room link on my phone, just to type comments and talk.

If I can disable the movie file (just for myself as user number 2 for example), and disable the webcam video from the 1 viewer (just for myself as user number 2 for example), then I would be able to save a lot of internet data.
