fix: pre-commit YAML format for documentation compliance check file pattern

Use proper YAML multi-line format with | instead of >- to ensure correct
parsing of the file pattern regex for documentation-compliance-check hook.

The hook is correctly configured to call the script directly:
- entry: scripts/check-documentation-compliance.py
- language: python

This ensures the hook runs when documentation files are changed.
