Latest amazonlinux2 image seems to be lacking binutils, but more specficially the command line utility ld.

Tested in amazonlinux2 container.

Will add install of binutils as PR

@StuShepherd this might help, I created a dockerfile that we use in our lambda functions: #9

@StuShepherd I had to update my Dockerfile, and made a PR: #9. Note that we launch it in Lambda via ECR. Everything is in the dockerfile already.
