Cannont set Linked Transmitter frequency on a VS ship

When a Linked Transmitter from Create is placed on a Valkyrien Skies ship:
The white dots around the frequency do not appear.
I cannot set the frequency item.
I can click on the lever.

This probably requires a compat fix on VS2's side. VS2 needs to transform the raycast coordinates into the ship coordinate system, as they did for Create's Redstone Link.

You know that mods can add VS compat themselves right?
VS having a billion mixins to fix every mod is… not ideal. It would be better if connected could have optional VS compat itself.

The basic steps:

• Add VS to gradle (probably hardest part)
• Add “VSUtils” with wrappers around VS functions. This should be the only class that imports VS packages.
• in linked transmitter, check if VS is loaded. If it is, run VSUtil.

If done correctly, where every instance of using VSUtil is behind a check for “is vs loaded”, then Java won’t actually load the VSUtil file if VS isn’t present, and so its imports won’t fail.

To clarify: the reason we have so many compat mixins is because a lot of mods are reluctant to add VS compat, or don't know how. While this has worked alright so far, it's getting a little out of hand (some quick searches estimate that about 60% of the public VS repo is compat mixins 💀). So going forward, it would be ideal if mods that are willing (like create connected) added their own compat.

It is a huge pita to get VS working in gradle though, we (the VS devs) need to find a way to make that easier and less finicky for people 😔
