After re-entering the world, Linked Transmitter does not output a signal

I don't know how it happened, but after saving and exiting the world and then re-entering, the receiver on the same channel stopped outputting signals.

and also it appeared to have a rendering error.

Same issue when restarting a server, linked transmitter state is not saved.

To re-create the bug:

1. Place down a linked transmitter on lever and bind a frequency
2. Place down a receiver and bind same frequency
3. Turn lever on, then restart server
   The output state is not saved and the receiver will be off, even though the linked lever is on
