Failure to include "r/" in Remark when editing patient's info

While the document claims that the "remark" section can contain any text including special characters, when I typed the following remark, which contains the searching keyword "/r", it reports the error of having more than one remark section in my command.

The r/ prefix defines a new remark. In the example given above "r/ has r/in his remark" we consider this as inputting 2 remarks, none of them contain any special characters.

We have also stated clearly in our UG that duplicate prefixes are not accepted (if they are not specified with ...)

Reason for disagreement:

Thank you for your response! I understand that "r/" is a special prefix that starts a remark. However, the problem is, in your DG it was stated that "ANY TEXT" is allowed. So a user should assume that "any text", including these special prefixes like "r/", can be in a single remark. (It is possible that users may need to include special characters that just happen to be identical to a prefix.)

So here is a conflict between the UG and how the app actually works. May I know if the exception of "not being able to include prefixes in the remark" is stated anywhere in your UG?
