Merge viewer and geothesaurus

Currently, the viewer and the geothesaurus are two separate things. For user experience, they should be merged.

Requirements:

• serves URIs for hgconcepts, like erfgeo.nl/thesaurus/hgconcept/tgn/7007057 or thesaurus.erfgeo.nl/hgconcept/tgn/7007057
• serves URIs for pits, like erfgeo.nl/thesaurus/pit/tgn/7007057 or thesaurus.erfgeo.nl/pit/tgn/7007057
• uses content negotiation to serve either html or json (or, somewhere in the future, rdf)

Is linking between the viewer and thesaurus enough? or does this issue suggest embedding the viewer inside the geothesaurus?
